Here are some pretty cool stats I found from Mark Harbert’s website (video marketing guru) who used video to take his business to an entirely new level.

• Internet video traffic will be 69% of ALL global consumer traffic in 2017
• Video promotion is over 6 times more effective than print and online business to business marketing
• 1 minute of video is worth 1.8 million words
• Over half of 25-54 year olds share video online (do you fall in this age bracket?)
• Retail site visitors who view video stay on 2 minutes longer on average
• The chance of getting a page 1 listing on google increased 53 times with video

If You Struggle With Perfectionism (is that even a word?)

One thing that I’ve discovered (and I was the same way at first) after talking with hundreds and hundreds of people, is the fear of getting in front of the camera.  I totally get it, but what I want you to realize is that you have to switch that focus from you to the message you want to share.

Oftentimes we are so worried about what others will think that we are missing out on the opportunity to impact the lives of those around us.

If you’re struggling with wanting things to be perfect, get out of your own head and push through that fear by simply taking action.  It’s just like the saying goes, “You’ll be bad before you’re good, good before you’re great, great before you’re exceptional.”

I can also tell you from personal experience that it does get so much easier but you just have to take action and stop focusing on yourself.  If you’re worried what others will think, get over it and understand that people are going to talk regardless and I can assure you that impacting the life of someone else will be remembered over the silly opinion of unimportant people.
