MLM Tips To Becoming A Better Leader
Leadership is defined as the power or ability to lead other people. I firmly believe that no matter where you are right now, you have the ability to become a great leader. Whether you haven’t recruited your first person or whether you have a team of hundreds, leadership can be learned.
I also feel that in order to be a good leader, you must also be a good student. Continue to learn from those that walked before you. What attracts you to them? How do they carry themselves? What actions are they doing that makes you want to follow them? Good leaders don’t make it about themselves, they simply focus on others.
