The Rise Of The Entrepreneur

Have you noticed that more and more people are taking a stand and joining the Network Marketing industry?  You’d be right if you said yes.  I recently watched the documentary film called, The Rise of the Entrepreneur by Eric Worre over at Network Marketing Pro.  WOW!  It was definitely an eye opener as he sat down with industry experts to talk about why there is no better time than now to become an entrepreneur and take control of your future.

The Rise Of The Entrepreneur

There were so many things that stood out in the film so I’m just going to hit some of the highlights.  

The truth is, the rapid shift in technology is eliminating jobs.  They gave a great example in the film.  Imagine there are 10 people on an island who fish all day, then one day someone shows up and gives them a net.  Now two people can do what ten people used to do.  You see, although there has been a drastic increase in productivity, it also just increased the unemployment rate.  

Unfortunately most people earn just enough to survive, even after working their entire lives.  The average earnings of college grads has been declining since 2000.  So, you go to college, rack up all this debt (I know the feeling) but you come out earning less money.  People are over extended and the basis of their life is worry.  

Here are the average earnings of the middle class up to the top 1% (as stated in the film)

• Middle Class – approx. $50K/yr
• Top 25% – $90K/yr
• Top 10% – $140K/yr
• Top 5% – $190K/yr
• Top 1% – $380K/yr

What do you think would give you the best chance of getting to the top 25% or above?  Become an entrepreneur!

70% of americans would love to be their own boss but they just don’t know how to get there.  The traditional options (owning a brick and mortar store, buying a franchise, etc) take quite a bit of money, expertise, and time.  All this is too risky for most people.  

What if…. you didn’t have to create everything from scratch?  Proven products in place, proven system, proven training, you just don’t have an employer.  Would you be open?

The Network Marketing industry allows a large group of independent consultants to move a product or service more efficiently.  Word of mouth marketing is so much more effective today than traditional media advertising.  Some products need to be demo’d and an independent rep can do that more effectively than an ad campaign.  In Network Marketing, money isn’t being wasted on bricks-n-mortar or products just sitting stagnant somewhere.  

The perks of being a Network Marketing Professional are the low cost of entry, no time restraints or big quota.  You get all of the advantages of a traditional business without all the risk.  Sounds pretty brilliant to me!  

Network Marketing is the only industry that doesn’t say, “Your Past Determines Your Future.”

As a matter of fact, it’s the most equal opportunity out there.  Did you know that approximately 16 million americans and 96 million people worldwide are involved in Network Marketing?  

Listen, Network Marketing isn’t perfect, you’re going to have to learn some new skills, and just like anything else, it’s going to take time but if you have an entrepreneurial bone in your body, it’s just better.
