Should You Start Outsourcing?
You know a lot of people have this question in their minds: “When is the right time to outsource?”
Now, here’s the deal. What I am going to do is I’m going to be asking you several different questions. If the answer is “Yes” to several of these questions, then it’s time to consider outsourcing some of these tasks.
1. Do you wish there were more hours in the day? Yes or No?
2. Do you always feel like there are things you should be doing, could be doing, should be learning, in order to take your business to the next level? Yes or No?
3. If you had a magic wand and could clone yourself, would you have enough stuff to do to keep your clone busy for at least 10 hours a week? Yes or No?
4. Is your time worth more than the minimum wage? Yes or No?
5. Do you wish you had more time to do things like spending time with your family and relaxing? Yes or No?
6. Do you ever feel a little frustrated because you always have stuff left on your to-do list at the end of the day? Yes or No?
7. Are you constantly pushing back certain productivity tasks you love to do because you simply don’t have enough time? Yes or No?
So if you answered “Yes” to at least half of these questions, then it’s time to consider outsourcing.
Furthermore, think also about everything you do outside your business. You have kids, you have to take care of them, you have to make them 3 meals a day and feed them. You also need to do laundry, clean the house, take care of your animals, personal household stuff, shop, and the list goes on and on and on and on.
When I started outsourcing, it made a huge difference in my business and allows me to focus on other important things, such as income-producing activities.
Now, you might be thinking “Sherri, I cannot afford to outsource!” and I get it as I thought that way too in the beginning until I realized that I could hire virtual staff for as little as $3-$5 per hour!! Yes, you read that right! Stay tuned and keep an eye out because I’ve got way more tips on this topic.
