7 Ways To Get More Done In Less Time
Before we get into the “goods” you need to understand that it’s not a lack of time that’s an issue for most, it’s how you utilize the time you do have!
#1 Think on paper and have a “To Do” list
According to a study (reference in below video) done on the habits of the wealthy, 81% of wealthy people have and maintain a daily to-do list.
A good tip is to also prioritize the list and do what’s most important first and work your way down.
#2 Get rid of distractions
This is a huge cause of wasted time!! Give your sole focus to whatever task you’re doing. For example, when I’m writing my blog posts, I close out all of my other windows so I’m not getting facebook notifications or hearing my phone going off with text messages, etc. This is such a big tip that has helped me get through what I’m working on at a much quicker rate.
#3 Get organized!!
So much time is waste simply just looking for stuff. I went through a class with Susan Sly and learned a couple of shocking statistics.
According to Newsweek, the average american wastes 55 minutes a day looking for items they own but can’t find.
According to the US News & World Report, on average, americans spend over one year of their lives just looking for lost items!!
Take the time to get organized so you can utilize your time more doing what you need instead of wasting it searching for stuff.
#4 Dedicate a certain amount of time on each activity or task
Set a daily routine and set a timer if you need to so you focus on those activities for only that amount of time. Personally, I could spend all day going through trainings but that isn’t going to grow my business or help me if I’m not taking action and implementing what I learn.

For the last three tips, watch the video below. I also go more in depth on the previous four tips as well.
