How To Recruit More Reps
If you really want to know the truth about how to recruit more reps, then here it is. You’ve got to learn how to start asking better questions. See, most people try to make it all about them and what they can get from someone else instead of focusing on the needs and wants of the person they’re talking to. That’s probably the biggest mistake I see people make. Here is the reality, people don’t care about your goals, they don’t care about you rank advancing in your company or anything else. However, what they DO care about, is how your opportunity can solve THEIR problems. The key is to uncover those problems by asking better questions!! (I strongly suggest you go through Ray Higdon’s free training above)
I would also suggest if you’re wanting to recruit more reps using social media that you spruce up your profile a bit and learn some marketing skills on how to brand yourself. Branding yourself by using attraction marketing is my absolute best advice if you want to set yourself apart from your competition. I can promise you that when you begin to talk to people online, the first thing they’ll probably do after seeing your message is go to your profile and the last thing you want is for them to see a big informercial going on that just looks spammy. You want someone to get a good vibe, have their curiosity peaked, and think, “this person looks like someone I want to connect with.”
