What is this, like, huge time saving tip? Outsourcing!!
I talk to so many people who are constantly saying how little time they have and how they aren’t able to do everything they need to, simply because of a lack of time. I totally get it! However, be willing to accept that fact that you can’t do EVERYTHING! You’re only one person and you can only do so much.
You can watch the above video (fast forward to minute 2 for the content) for more details but below are a few ways that you can actually start outsourcing.
#1 Go to upwork.com or fiverr.com
Either of these websites are loaded with freelancers who are really great at specific things. If you want to get a blog up and going but don’t want to do it, guess what??….. You can outsource it! You can hire someone for literally anything you can think of from keyword research, creating graphics, managing social media, editing videos, etc.
#2 Hire a Virtual Assistant.
I have a Virtual Assistant (VA) who works for me and it has been life changing! (I did hire him from Upwork) He’s from the Philippines and he does a lot of those non-income producing activities that just suck up my time, but still need to be done. The cool thing too is that you can hire virtual assistants for as little as $3-$5 per hour! By doing this, it has allowed me to focus more on those important tasks that can only be done by me. The same goes for you!
Here is a little homework assignment for you. Take out a piece of paper and make a list of everything that you do on a daily basis. Then, put a check beside the ones that someone else can do (maybe that’s managing your email, creating graphics, doing research, etc) You’ll truly be surprised at how much you’re doing in your business that someone else can take off your plate!
So there you have it…. If you feel like there is never enough time in the day, start outsourcing and stop wasting your time doing all that stuff yourself.
