How To Generate Leads and Attract People to You
Facebook Fan Page Tips:
The entire goal of a fan page is to brand YOU! This means when creating your fan page, be sure to name your page after you and not your company or products. Remember that people buy from people so you will want to create brand awareness.
Make sure your picture is a picture of you. You will also want to fill out as much information as possible in the “About” section. You want people to get to know you so give them a way to learn more. Be sure to include your contact information as well. Whether that be your phone number, email address, website info, etc.
Providing value is going to be essential if you want to gain followers and keep them. This could be videos, motivational quotes (who doesn’t like those!), funny pictures, lifestyle photos, and information that your target market will find beneficial. I will also strongly encourage you not to be negative because it will only attract the wrong people and that’s not something you want.
Be sure not to slap your sales links everywhere but instead, create curiosity. You definitely don’t want to come across as spammy or desperate. Also, reach out to those who “like” your page, thank them and begin to build a relationship. I can honestly say that a very small percentage of people have ever reached out to me after “liking” their page so this will help you to stand out as well.
