Daily Routine

The Importance of a Daily Routine

Have you had trouble staying consistent in your Network Marketing Business?  If so, it may be due to the lack of a daily routine.  There was a time in my own life that I was frustrated because I just wasn’t seeing the growth I wanted. However, I quickly learned why.  See, there were two things I was missing which are critical for building a lasting business.  The first was a Vision of WHO I wanted to become, the second was a Daily Routine.

A daily routine is a checklist of things that will move you towards your goals.  It’s important to realize that if you don’t first have a vision pulling you, it’s unlikely you will stick to anything. Having a vision in place will keep you more consistent.

Consistency + Daily Routine = Success

Wondering What a Good Daily Routine Would Be?

I’ll give you a example that you can tweak on your own but it’s a great starting place.  You can also note that my daily routine has changed a few times and that’s perfectly fine.  When I first started my own, I wasn’t blogging and have now added that in three days a week.

  • Create one piece of Content.  This could be a video, article, status update, blog, etc.
  • Study 30 minutes a day on your marketing.  This could be reading a few chapters in a book, listening to podcasts, webinars, etc.
  • Study 15-30 minutes a day on mindset.
  • Do Affirmations.  If you’re unsure of what affirmations are, Click Here for 30 Examples.
  • Make new connections.  This could be sending 2-3 friend requests on Facebook, 10 connect requests on LinkedIn, etc.  The point is to continue meeting and connecting with new people.
  • Income Producing Activities.  This is actual prospecting.  I would recommend 3-5 people a day starting out.

If you really want to explode your business, you can do Ray Higon’s Hustler Routine

  • Create two pieces of content a day
  • Get 20 no’s a day
  • Do Affirmations
  • Focus on your Vision
  • Spend an hour on marketing a day
  • Spend an hour on mindset a day
  • Study one leader a day!  What are they doing? What content are they creating?  How do they operate?

Now you have a starting point for creating your own Daily Routine.  If time is an issue, establish one that you’re comfortable with completing (if that’s all you do).

I’m finding my feet with a daily routine and this definitely helps out.

    I think I’m gonna give Ray Higdon’s hustler routine a go 😉

    1. Thanks so much Kay! I too found that once I established a solid Daily Routine, it made a big difference. Be sure to let me know how you like his Hustler Routine. 🙂
