4 Hacks To Increase Your Organic Reach On Your Fan Page

#1 Attach your fan page to your actual personal profile.

So, the first hack on how to get your fan page post in people’s news feed is to attach your fan page to your actual personal profile. How do you do it? Under your “About” section on your personal profile, you can actually add your fan page link under the “Work” section.

Let’s face it, if nobody knows that your fan page exists then obviously nobody can “like” it. No one can engage with anything and no one’s going to know you’re there.

#2 Share your posts to your personal profile.

Say for instance, if you’re putting your value-driven posts on your fan page, share that over to your personal profile as well. If you do it, that’s going to increase the weight of that post and Facebook is going to push it out a little bit more organically to get that post in more people’s news feed.

#3 Set a schedule / tag your fan page.

If you’re doing Facebook lives—I hope you are—then set a schedule for it. Say you do Facebook lives 4 times a week. So, what you can do is switch it up and go live from your profile one day, then you can go live from your fan page the next day–or the next time that you go live.

But here’s the hack: When you’re going live from your profile, give them a heads up on when you’ll be going live on your fan page.  You can also tag your fan page as well in the description. That’s going to get you more exposure and you’re letting people know in advance.

So let’s say you’re in skincare and you’re going live on your profile.  At the beginning after you’ve told them what you’re going to be talking about in that episode, say something like… “A quick heads up before I dive into this topic.  I’ll actually be going live on my fan page tomorrow to give you my top 3 hacks to having younger looking skin and you aren’t going to want to miss it.”

#4 Train your audience to turn on their notifications.

Constantly train your fans to turn “on” their notifications after they “liked” your fan page. Here’s the secret: When you just go and ‘like’ somebody’s fan page, it’s automatically going to be set to default and the likelihood of many seeing your fan page posts is slim to none.

So, what you can do is simply remind them that after they’ve ‘liked’ your page to hover over the following button and make sure there is a check beside “see first” and that their notifications are turned on.

So these are some simple hacks and ways to get your fan page posts showing up in more people’s news feed.

Was that helpful? If so, I would greatly appreciate if you commented below and feel free to share it with anyone who might benefit.

Great tips, especially having people get notifications from you.
