3 Places To Find Virtual Help

Have you been wanting to get some help in your business but you’re really not sure where to go to find those people?

That was me when I first starting thinking about outsourcing so today I wanted to share with you 3 places to find virtual help.

Whether you’re looking for just one time projects or ongoing help, these will help!

3 Places to Find Virtual Help

#1 Upwork.com

The first one is Upwork.com and that’s where I went to hire my very first assistant. I really like Upwork because you can get an account on there for free, so no monthly fee. You can hire people from all around the world to do just any anything you can possibly think of.

Everything you need to hire help is on this platform.  Each Monday, Upwork sends me an email showing me the hours worked from my VA and how much will be deducted from my account.  I can also go in and see a log at anytime of what work my assistant was doing (which is pretty cool).

#2 Onlinejobs.ph

Now, the second place that you can go is a place that I recently learned about after going through virtual business academy (a course from Chalene Johnson) and that is Onlinejobs.ph. However, this is strictly for hiring virtual assistants from the Philippines.

What I love about hiring from the Philippines is that the cost of living is so much lower there, you can literally hire an assistant for as little as $3-$5 an hour.  The only con about using this is the fact that they don’t automatically link or deduct the pay of your VA’s like Upwork does so that is an extra step I have to take each week but it’s not that big of a deal.

#3 Fiverr.com

Now the third place to find virtual help is Fiverr.com. Fiverr is a great place to go if you’re just needing some quick help with something. So for instance, if you need someone to do a quick WordPress fix or maybe create an eBook graphic or do some copywriting, etc. I’ve personally used this site quite a bit in the past.  Not so much anymore now that I’ve got three VA’s that work weekly for me but I definitely recommend it for quick things that need done.  I will add that if you’re looking for someone to work for you on an ongoing basis, I would probably go to the other two I mentioned above.

So, those are the three places you can go if you’re looking for some help in your business. Whether it’s something that you need to get done right now or whether you’re looking for someone to work full-time or part-time in your business, you can find the right virtual staff from any of these three places.

  1. Love this! I’m such a control freak tho! If I can’t explain what I want in one sentence to someone else to do I just do it myself, a normally I can’t. Lol! Thank you for sharing.
